Interviews and Hiring

Throughout our process, we invest heavily in learning about you. By using a mix of phone interviews and in-person interviews, we ensure you are not viewed through a single interaction, lens or bias.
We conclude with a group event where you wil meet your potential new peers and work together in a fun, challenging, problem-solving environment followed by coaching from our human performance experts. Our process is longer than most companies, but this allows us to find the YOU behind the name on your resume.
Human Performance Coaching

Our human performance team is dedicated to helping you perform and function at your greatest potential, whether at home or in our workplace. We integrate the sciences of high performance and cognition to help train the human system.
Adopted from decades of high-performance research, neuroscience, and known best practices in demanding careers, our training is designed to increase task relevant cognitive capabilities while improving sustainability, efficiency and effectiveness. Training Program

You will receive both group and individual feedback with personal coaching in a relaxed but dynamic learning environment. Technical experts and our human performance team combine to teach you skills, while also developing your cognitive abilities. Our aim is to heavily invest in YOU to make the biggest impact on YOU, so that you can impact OTHERS. Our experts will prepare you to serve a variety of critical customers, all seeking methods to safeguard their intellectual property and personnel. Scenarios you will conduct will reduce corporate vulnerability, manage risk, and increase personal, social and environmental awareness.
