At Genesys, we pride ourselves in our ability to see the whole individual. The process is unique to each individual, and you may experience up to four interviews before an offer to attend training is provided. Training classes have set dates regardless of when your first interview occurs and it may be a month or more before you start training. We know your professional reputation is important, the interviews are arranged with enough time for you to make an informed, important decision about your career choices and provide proper notification to your current employer for a smooth transition. Training is a little longer than a month in duration and is designed to prepare you for a new career. Good things are worth the wait. please check out the careers page for specific dates.

Please check out our careers page for the specific dates. Since we emphasize teamwork, you’ll be training alongside your new colleagues in groups on a set schedule, rather than onboarding individuals one at a time.

As a recruiting agency, our efforts are aligned with our client's needs. Currently, we are preparing for two to three training classes to support our corporate growth initiative. While additional opportunities may arise in the future, there are no plans beyond January 2027.

Our training program is designed to be engaging, challenging, and rewarding. It combines teamwork, classroom learning, and practical application to help you develop essential skills. Throughout the program, you’ll participate in a variety of activities, including:
Presentations: Gain foundational knowledge through structured lessons.

Practice Sessions: Apply what you've learned in controlled environments to build confidence.
Scenarios: Participate in real-world scenarios to develop problem-solving and decision-making skills.
We take pride in fostering a learning environment that is professional yet relaxed, encouraging open communication and collaboration.
Schedule & Hours: Training typically occurs during regular business hours. However, the first few days require early starts at 8AM for foundational material. We prioritize efficiency and will not keep trainees past their daily goals. For days with extended hours, we will provide you with advanced notice so you can plan accordingly.
