At Genesys, we pride ourselves in our ability to see the whole individual. The process is unique to each individual, and you may experience up to four interviews before an offer to attend training is provided. Training classes have set dates regardless of when your first interview occurs and it may be a month or more before you start training. We know your professional reputation is important, the interviews are arranged with enough time for you to make an informed, important decision about your career choices and provide proper notification to your current employer for a smooth transition. Schedule & Hours: Training typically occurs during regular business hours. The first few days require early starts at 8:00 AM to cover foundational material. We prioritize efficiency and will not keep trainees to meet an hours requirement if daily goals are completed. For days with extended hours, we will provide you with advanced notice so you can plan accordingly.
