Joining Genesys
Does This Sound Like You?
Genesys seeks high-potential individuals with the right character traits to succeed at training and advising our clients. Our most successful hires are team players who can multi-task, adapt to changing situations, and process information quickly. Following strict guidelines in fluid situations is critical to success. Maintaining discretion with proprietary information and processes is necessary.
We are looking for motivated, results-oriented individuals with keen attention to detail, who enjoy solving problems, and have a passion for excellence and accountability. We also desire those who have the confidence to make decisions and act independently while also functioning smoothly within a team environment.
Our candidates range from individuals entering or returning to the workforce to those looking for a change. Our approach to candidate selection focuses on the individual and not the resume; the recruiting, training and performance teams are dedicated to your personal and professional success.
If the opportunities available sound exciting to you, please submit your resume at the Indeed or ZipRecruiter links below.
